Triton Federal Credit Union is assembling its founding team. These are the people who will greet our first members, open our first accounts, and prove that a credit union can operate on a schedule that actually works for small business owners.

Full-Time · $48,000–$50,000
Branch Manager
Rock Hill, SC  ·  Ground floor branch location

The Branch Manager is the face of Triton Federal Credit Union. You're the person a small business owner trusts with their money, their loan application, and their first impression of what a credit union can be. This isn't a traditional teller-management role — you'll open accounts, process loans, and help build something that's never existed in this market before.

What You'll Do

  • Greet and onboard new members — explain the credit union difference
  • Open individual and business accounts, issue debit cards, set up digital banking
  • Process consumer and small business loan applications (designated loan officer)
  • Manage cash drawers, daily reconciliation, and vault procedures
  • Supervise and schedule two part-time tellers
  • Handle back-office work during the midday break (2–4 PM) — loan processing, reporting, admin
  • Champion BSA/AML compliance — complete all required training, follow all procedures
  • Be the community presence for Triton FCU at chamber events and local business functions

Branch Hours You'll Work

Mon–Fri Morning9:45 AM – 2:15 PM (covers open + close)
Mon–Fri Evening3:45 PM – 7:15 PM (alternating with tellers)
Saturday9:45 AM – 2:15 PM

The split-shift schedule is by design — we serve members before and after their business day. If you prefer predictable mornings or evenings, this is the job.

What We're Looking For

  • Minimum 3 years of teller, member services, or branch banking experience at a credit union or community bank
  • Experience with account opening, loan origination, and member onboarding
  • SC NMLS Mortgage Loan Originator license (or willingness to obtain)
  • Strong knowledge of BSA/AML compliance requirements at the teller level
  • Genuine enthusiasm for serving small business owners and underserved communities
  • Bilingual English/Spanish is a meaningful plus in our service area

Compensation & Benefits

Part-Time · $15–$17/hr
Member Services Teller (2 positions)
Rock Hill, SC  ·  Part-time · ~25 hrs/week each

Triton FCU's tellers work consistent, predictable split-shift schedules — either mornings or evenings, not both. We designed this model to be attractive to parents, students, and anyone who needs reliable hours without a traditional 9-to-5 commitment.

Teller 1 — Morning Shift

9:45 AM – 2:15 PM, Monday–Saturday
~25 hours/week

Teller 2 — Evening Shift

3:45 PM – 7:15 PM, Monday–Friday
~17 hours/week + Saturday morning rotation

What You'll Do

  • Process member deposits, withdrawals, and transfers
  • Count and verify cash accurately — dual-control procedures at all times
  • Balance your cash drawer at the start and end of every shift
  • Answer basic member questions; escalate complex issues to the Branch Manager
  • Maintain member confidentiality and follow all BSA/AML teller procedures
  • Keep the branch clean, organized, and welcoming

What We're Looking For

  • Any cash handling experience — bank teller, retail cashier, restaurant, etc.
  • Comfort with numbers and high attention to detail
  • Friendly, professional demeanor — you're the first face most members see
  • Reliable and punctual — dual-control requires two people, every time
  • Credit union or banking experience is a plus, not a requirement

Compensation

  • $15.00–$17.00/hour depending on experience
  • Consistent, predictable schedule — same shift every week
  • Formal BSA/AML and cash handling training provided
